Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at any point after purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We always make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase, and take each situation on a case by case basis. In some cases we are able to offer partial or full store credit.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If a product arrives damaged, defective or in some way incorrect, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your packages and we will replace any items needed. We might be unable to replace damaged or defective goods if notified past 14 days of receiving your shipment.
